They know how to humiliate someone but not think about safety at all. The safety of this catermeran was terrible. Eddie the captain did not do a head count or nothing when every one finished snorkeling. Batman(that's what they said his name was in the beginning) yelled at us and said, 'thats wht you get'! On our next stop batman again yelled at us in the water to follow the group, in front of every one. My husband could barely mustar the strength to get up. I have bruises on my knees from trying to climb up from the back of catermeran. Even Eddie the captain refused to let us use the front ladder. They proceeded to humiliate us in front of the whole boat. I am 57 years old with a hip replacement and breast cancer survivor. He yelled at us to climb up at the back of the boat. At that time (batman) yelled at us that the boat was leaving and that's what we get for not following our group. When we realized the boat was leaving, we proceeded to swim to the boat. We were snorkeling with the group we thought was our group. We made our first stop and there were 2 cool runnings catermerans. We were on cool runnings catermeran cruise and snorkel. We are going to file a formal complaint against this company.
